Britney Spears doesn’t always make the best fashion choices, but she’s the it girl right now, which means everyone wants a piece of her. Including Heidi Klum. Britney is allegedly going to appear on the next season of Project Runway.

MSNBC’s The Scoop reports, “Heidi’s smart: she knows that Britney can do wonders for a show’s ratings, there’s been a lot of drama at ‘Runway’ - it would be huge for her to get Britney.”

Heidi made a cameo of her own this week at Britney’s birthday bash at NYC’s Tenjune. Perhaps the ladies were discussing a little business then? This would probably be a great ratings booster for Project Runway. Britney’s cameo on the UK’s X Factor last week drew in over 12 million viewers!

VIDEO: Britney Spears Celebrates Birthday Early in the U.K

Britney Spears got an early 27th birthday party in a British nightclub, blowing out the candles on a cake decorated to look like the cover of her new album Circus.

As cameras flashed, Spears was serenaded Saturday in the VIP balcony of the club G-A-Y with "Happy Birthday," another highlight of her European mini-tour in which she's performed her track "Womanizer" on TV shows in Germany, France and Great Britain.

With her comeback on track, Spears is scheduled to return to the United States for an appearance Tuesday – her actual birthday – on Good Morning America.

"The whole year has been a hell of a year for me," she tells Glamour. "I have been working so hard on my album, but I didn't know exactly where I stood with everyone. When I received the awards [at the Video Music Awards] and [the audience] stood for me, it showed me how much love is out there."

Music, she says, has helped her recover.

"Recording this album has helped take my mind off certain things," she tells the magazine. "For me, my music is therapy."

Britney Announces First Dates on Her World Tour

Britney Spears and her Circus are ready to take the world by storm! She's just announced the first dates on her world tour, which will take place in the UK. Britney will be playing the O2 Arena in London on June 3rd and 4th, and tickets for the shows are already going on sale on December 5th! We're sure the Brits are just aching to see Britney perform, since the last time she played London was in 2004.

Rob Hallett, of tour promoter AEG, says, "It's going to be very special. We're creating a musical circus. Expect to see jugglers, dancers, tattooed ladies and acrobats."

Spears fans across the pond will get their first taste of Brit this weekend when she performs on X Factor.

Britney's Manager Says She's Ready for a Comeback

Although Britney Spears admits in a new film that she "totally lost my way, lost focus, lost myself," that won't stand in the way of her comeback, says her manager.

"She's definitely ready," Larry Rudolph tells PEOPLE, following a sneak peek of Spears's riveting MTV documentary, Britney: For the Record, airing Nov. 30, in Santa Monica, Calif.

"She loves to work," he says. "She's a very strong person. Everybody goes through setbacks in their lives. [But] every day, I see her getting happier and stronger."

One of her biggest victories this year? Regaining visitation with Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2, her sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

So while her musical comeback is important, Spears has made it clear that motherhood comes first, says Rudolph.

"Her kids and balancing her life with her kids is an incredible priority – the No. 1 priority in terms of how I operate with her," he says.

Spears's boys can be seen in the film, which follows the pop star over three months as she records her upcoming album Circus, wins big at September's MTV Video Music Awards, and speaks frankly about her problems – including her failed relationships with Federline and Justin Timberlake.

The idea for the candid documentary sprung up during a conversation Spears and Rudolph had over dinner several months ago.

"It evolved and became a question of, What will she do? What will she say? How will she say it?" he says. "How will people view her after what she's been through and after all that they've seen in the tabloids over the past year or two?"

Adds Rudolph: "This became sort of a great way for her to say what she needs to say on her terms."

Britney Spears Working on 'Top Secret Project'

With the release of her sixth studio album Circus only three weeks away, Britney Spears is working on a "top secret project" with her manager and choreographer.

The pop star, 26, released four exclusive photos on her new celebrity MySpace page of auditions for male dancers for the new project "in anticipation of next month's Circus."

The new page launched Monday and features pictures from Spears' wins at this year's Video Music Awards and a video of the director's cut her Circus single "Womanizer."

Spears recently took the stage at a Madonna concert in Los Angeles. She also is planning her own concert tour next year.

Britney To Release Workout Video?

Wanna sweat it out to Britney Spears? Well word on the street is that our girl is coming out with a workout video. She proved us all wrong this year with a major body transformation, and looks amazing compared to this time last year.

A spokesperson for her label Jive tells the Chicago Sun-Times, "The idea makes perfect sense, given Britney is a singer who uses dance so much in her act."

They say a deal has not been made quite yet though. As strange of an idea as this is, we think it might actually work for Brit. We would totally listen to what Brit telling us what to do to in a workout class! In fact, maybe she should start teaching live workout classes! Britney Spears to perform on Britan’s “X Factor”

According to The Sun, the Britney Spears comeback train will officially make a stop in London this December. Brit is releasing her new album on her 27th birthday, December 2nd. Presumably she’ll be doing a good deal of press around that time – part of which will include Brit’s first performance in the UK in four years. Britney will sing her expected single “Womanizer” on X-Factor, the British version of American Idol.

BRITNEY Spears is returning to Britain to star on The X Factor.

The pop megastar, 26, will perform comeback single Womanizer on the show in December.

The appearance is her first visit here since her Onyx Hotel tour more than four years ago - and marks her continued recovery after a public meltdown last year.

An insider on Simon Cowell’s ITV1 hit said: “Everyone is thrilled. To have Britney involved is a massive coup. They expect ratings to go through the roof when her performance airs.”

While it’s always a good idea to be rather skeptical of British tabloids, the Sun has proven to be fairly reliable. X Factor is still huge in the UK, whereas it’s American Idol, its U.S. counterpart, has lost a good deal of popularity. Britney appearing on the show would be good for everyone involved, and it would possibly get her a lot of fawning/adoring press while she was there.

It’ll be interesting to see what kind of press coverage her record company is aiming for this time around. Will they have her doing a lot of talking and giving interviews, or do their best to keep her quiet and performing? I wonder if she’ll address the chaos of the last few years or if everyone will do their best to gloss over it. Not that anyone’s close to forgotten about it. If I were on Britney’s PR team (because I know she’s curious how I feel about her career) I’d advise her to stick to the singing and dancing. It’ll remind everyone why she became famous in the first place, and probably convince people that’s she’s “back” more than a lot of probing interviews.

Britney Spears' New Album Titled Circus

Just in time for the holidays: Britney Spears.

The singer's new album, Circus, will drop on December 2 -- her 27th birthday -- her music label Jive/Zomba announced Monday.

The first single, "Womanizer," will hit radio September 22.

Spears - who won big at last weekend's 2008 MTV Video Music Awards (including Video of the Year) - has been in the studio all summer.

"She’s working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters and we’re very excited about what she’s accomplished so far," her manager Larry Rudolph said in July.

Britney Spears Portrait Auctioned for Charity

A portrait of Britney Spears is being auctioned to raise money for the Promises Foundation, which provides assistance for low-income mothers and their children.

The 5-by-4-foot oil painting was created by Daniel Maltzman. Spears also autographed the artwork.

The portrait depicts the singer in a bikini with her eyes closed and her arms crossing her chest. Spears' famous belly button ring is visible.

The painting is being auctioned on eBay with a starting bid of $10,000. The winner will receive an ownership letter from Spears' father Jaime.

The auction ends Sept. 10. As of Saturday morning, there were no bids.

Britney Tops Best Comeback Poll

Gotta love these cheesy celeb polls! Despite the fact that she didn't actually perform at the MTV VMA's this past Sunday, Britney Spears has been voted greatest comeback ever. The girl has been looking good lately!

Who else made the cut? British boy band Take That scored second place in the poll, after they made a comeback following a 10-year absence.

Everyone's favorite Aussie Kylie Minogue was voted third for returning to the stage after battling breast cancer.

Rounding out fourth and fifth place were John Travolta and Robert Downey Jr. respectively. Who do you think had the best comeback?
